Jenny Swannack

Jenny has worked as a commercial interior designer since 1998, drawn to the precision, detail, and technical problem-solving of the profession. These qualities naturally carry over into her art, where balance, order, and repetition play a central role in her painting process.

Much of her work is rooted in nostalgia. Her recent painted record series blends a love of music, specific genres, musicians, songs, and color. Created as the album spins on a record player, each piece captures a moment in motion—the act of painting mirroring the rhythmic push and pull of clay on a potter’s wheel.
